Alash-AI Privacy Policy
Alash-AI (alash-ai.org) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What data we collect
- Data you provide yourself: name, email, phone, message text — when registering, filling out forms ("Offer help", "Partnership", "Suggest an idea"), or in a dialog with the AI assistant when creating a project.
- The content of your initiative: idea description, category, and other data you enter when creating a landing page.
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, data about how you use the site.
- If you arrive at the site via an ad, or we use visit analytics, the relevant service (for example, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Yandex Metrika) may use cookies to measure ad performance and improve the site.
How we use data
- To provide platform features: creating and publishing projects, handling submissions (CRM).
- To respond to your messages and submissions.
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, de-identified analytics.
Who we share data with
- The project's database is hosted on our own server (self-hosted Supabase) — we do not use the Supabase Inc. cloud service.
- External AI services — process the text of your messages to generate the AI assistant's reply when creating a project or in the FAQ section.
- Google Analytics / Google Ads, Yandex Metrika — if analytics or advertising is enabled, to measure traffic and ad performance.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Storage and security
Data is stored on the project's own server with database-level access control (Row Level Security) and transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected] — the team usually replies within 1-3 business days.
Children
The platform is not intended for individuals under 18 without the consent of a legal guardian.
Policy changes
